Following a successful application, you will be invited to our Training Weekend, which will be held from 31 October to 3 November 2024. If you aren’t available on these dates, you won’t be able to progress with your application.
Over the weekend, we will cover everything you need to know to become an incredible Resort rep. Our progressive training program aims to build your skills and confidence with scenario-based training that focuses not only on aspects of the role, such as rep transport and passenger engagement but also on key skills, such as mental health awareness.
We pack the weekend with lots of activities: interactive workshops, presentations, mock room rounds, resort orientation, team-building exercises, bowling, quizzes, cheese and wine and much more. It will be like no training you’ve done before, and we are proud of that!
You’ll leave the Training Weekend not only with the skills and knowledge you’ll need but also the confidence and enthusiasm that will ensure your success.
