GETTING YOU UP TO SPEED

Training weekend

Following a successful application, you will be invited to training weekend which is usually in the first week of November

Over the course of the weekend we will cover everything you need to know to make it as an incredible Resort Rep. Our progressive training program looks to build your skills and confidence with scenario based training focusing not only on aspects of the role such as repping transport and passenger engagement but other key skills such as mental health awareness.

We pack the weekend with lots of activities: interactive workshops, presentations, mock room rounds, resort orientation, team building exercises, bowling, quizzes, cheese and wine and much more. It will be like no training you’ve done before, and we are proud of that!

You’ll leave the Training Weekend not only with the skills and knowledge you’ll need but the confidence and enthusiasm that will ensure your success.

Our commitments

Diversity and inclusion at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to diversity and inclusion across NUCO, we want a Resort Team which is fully representative of the wonderfully diverse passengers we take on holiday.

GOOD LUCK & SEE YOU SOON!
