Resort Rep

There is no exact model for a NUCO rep, our teams are made up of hardworking individual characters who work together to deliver incredible memories that last a lifetime for all our passengers. You are the ones who can really make a difference to a passenger’s experience. You will be a real asset to our team and along the way you will have an amazing time too. The more you put in really equals the more you get out!

Events Assistant - NEW 2023/24 Season!

Events are coming back, bigger than ever for this winter season! We have really missed them and got a little taster at the end of this season and it’s left us wanting more! To deliver these incredible larger scale events in resort to the highest standard, we are looking for experienced and educated Events Assistants to join our resort teams. You will work on the large events weeks in resort and be an expert in all things events!

On average our Resort Teams do 3 weeks a season, but this varies from 2 - 7+, so is ideal for fitting in around work and study.

What's involved in each role and which is best suited to you?

Here's an overview of the responsibilities for each of our resort roles, as life in resort can be unpredictable, which is part of the fun, this is a general view of main duties and they can vary week on week

Resort Rep

The core of our resort delivery team, and key to passenger satisfaction throughout the trip.

Responsibilities

Contributing to a smooth arrival and check in process for passengers

Distributing passenger lift passes

Assisting passengers with ski hire and ski lessons

Hosting nightlife in resort, (for example meals, bar and club nights etc)

Carrying out room rounds throughout the week, delivering vital information

Assisting with the departure process

Ad hoc resort requirements, such as assisting with medical issues and resort runner duties

Represent NUCO in resort

Representing the company on passenger transport such as a coach from the UK or airport transfer and ensuring it runs smoothly

Events Assistants

Delivering our event program with the wonderful combination of your skills and the NUCO experience.

Responsibilities

Setting up events in resort, including equipment set up and decor

Delivering events to a high standard

Crowd management

Ticketing and door host duties

Promoting events in resort

Customer service and troubleshooting at events

Artist and VIP liaison

Venue liaison

Working alongside Resort teams to provide a seamless service on trip events

Representing the company on passenger transport such as a coach from the UK or airport transfer and ensuring it runs smoothly

OPPORTUNITIES

Role Development

At NUCO we are fortunate to have very talented individuals make up our Resort Team and there are lots of opportunities to develop within the Resort Team - to specialise, take on greater responsibility and manage people, or even join our Office team. Once you become part of the NUCO team doors start to open up for you:

Events Assistants

For those who have previous experience or just a keen interest in any aspect of event production we have reps who specialise in events for some of our biggest weeks including our Point 6 offering. Events range from Mountain Meals and morning yoga to Open Air Parties and headline DJ nights.

Head Rep

Our Head Reps are crucial to the success of trips, most university groups will be allocated a Head Rep in resort who will be their main point of contact for the week. The Head Rep not only helps the committee but also manages a small team of Resort Reps too.

Competition Reps

During trips such as Varsity Week we facilitate competitions so reps specialise in the running of these high adrenaline events.

Duty Managers

These are the sidekicks of our full time staff, helping out in all aspects of trip delivery, it is an intense but rewarding role for our most experienced reps.
